Studies show that after losing a job, workers may experience four different emotions that disrupt their natural EQ tendencies. ANGER: a feeling of workplace betrayal of being laid off and without support or care. GRIEF: a feeling of sadness without sustainable income or resource support and coworkers. FEAR: a feeling of being potentially unemployable and without skills, connections or how to navigate through the systems and processes. SHOCK: a feeling of disbelief without condoning.
Please know that these feelings just don't go away, they merely go underground, and cause mental health issues that ultimately require professional medical attention. However, during this period, a person can get supernatural strength and power from above and learn GOD/JESUS perspectives to recompose, innovate and prevail when confronted with challenges associated with job loss. As you navigate through the ever-evolving applicant tracking system, modern day interviews and AI hiring/selection, you will also need GODLY perspectives in order to perseverance.
Mission: Prepare People-Assets to Persevere
The short story episodes are written by Dr. Di Ana McCarter.
Although inspired by human resource narratives, the characters are fictitious. No actual person, entity or event is depicted. However, GODLY perspectives might help one persist and persevere in the most unimaginable circumstances.
