HR/EI/DI Perspectives

According to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), "effective Human Resource (HR) leaders require critical skills such as, the ability to see opportunities and problems, to envision a different future and design a path toward it." Due to increased company closures and layoff notices being sent to WARN to comply with the Worker Adjustment & Retraining Notification Act), there is an emerging need for emotional intelligence development for Dislocated / Displaced Workers that are valuable people-assets or surplus employees caught in the middle of it all.

The EQ Factor: Emotional Intelligent Development is specifically designed for employees in job or career transition.  This additional resource will benefit those experiencing unfathomable emotions prompted by unforeseen circumstances that are associated with job loss along with other emergent dilemmas (e.g., family matters, weather devastations, or a lack of self-worth) that requires sound decision-making at the worst possible time imaginable or a Divine Intervention (DI).
